EDIT1: Just got in touch with Sephiroth yesterday and I bought premium, got a confirmation e-mail and I am now waiting for the first letter!
EDIT2: Blizz support are hard on these letters, they have not yet appealed, and we are 4 letters in.

I ordered Seph's Advanced package (20 letters) as I was banned for "Abuse of the Economy." As soon as I ordered I got a confirmation email, and the after that he replied within a few hours and got my first letter sent to Blizzard! He answered any questions I had very quickly and had great letters every time to send to Blizzard. Fortunately, after a long while of letters, (Over 10) Blizzard unbanned from closed (perma) to Suspended for 6 months. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Seph for your hard work.
