After placing a purchase for the pilot package, I was contacted that day for a 24hrs boost slot but I couldn't fit that into my schedule and requested the day after. The representative made the accommodations for me with ease. I was VERY nervous about giving out my account info, but after all the reviews, I took the chance. I'm sooo HAPPY that I did!! Support team kept in contact with me the couple of days before the boost. Then they also informed me of my status for that day. I was online 30mins early as requested and was concerned when no word for 20mins but I was soon told boosters finishing up and told "hadn't forgotten about you, promise!". 10 mins til schedule time, I was connected to the gamer who would play with my toon and I was given the stream to watch. I hadn't had time to collect many ToT gear and BIS, nor regemmed and reforged. The player was considerate in asking first if can regem and quickly did gear swaps, and mentioned about the UI changes to keep me informed. The set-up took 30mins. I liked how the player made sure my toon was always visible during the fights. The 9 /9 boost was finished within 2hrs and 30mins. My toon was adorned in the new transmog. I am VERY satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. Thank you, Boostroom!

i had some doubts about sharing my account but as 2 friends already used this service without any issues i placed the order on thursday around 7pm and it was already done this night. Smooth contact via skype and although they used my retri paladin as tank they asked for my permission to get a sword, shield and which of my specs they could use to spec tank.
