I sold all of my accounts off site, and I was wondering what I should do with a thread now. I'm planning to sell more once I refill the stock, but that's going to be in a week.

You can just keep the thread up as is. Perhaps edit and mention in your thread Out of stock currently.

You can temporarily close the thread or update it with a note that you'll have more stock available in a week. This keeps potential buyers informed and maintains thread activity.
