10-20 kill rares, group up with free trial starter edition character and go in and out of timewalking mode to spawn rares.
20-30 As above but you can change from normal mode to starter mode to spawn even more rares.
35+ As before but you can complete quests in god mode by turning off party sync and completing quests you outlevel then turning it on and getting full xp from turn-ins.
