The guides are not being updated since you literally specify that you need to remove the guides folder after an update and grab your guides folder for it to work? That will obviously overwrite new changes made and revert it to the old ones.

Well obviously you save a copy of the guides. You update the addon and install the guides

The outdated guides from your download.ru link include logout skips that have since been patched from classic.

The routes have had changes to adjust for patch. Major issues you'd run into for trying to use older guides is failing to complete timed quests that relied on logout skips for traveling.

Potentially, just add a disclaimer, though, I'd really appreciate if you could reup the guides

Yea the link you provided. The guides I post are from August and that is from July. So are you saying that they said that in July and did not change it by August or even now?

I see the problem, they didn't update their survival guides(v4.6.39). No problem on your end, just between their normal guides including death skips, and their hardcore guides including logout skips, RXP isn't the guide for anyone doing hardcore classic.

No issue on your part. They are releasing/selling out-of-date guides that don't actually work anymore. What's worse, the hardcore guides themselves are up for individual sale.

I'm emailing their support to see if there is some sort of explanation or timeline for a fix. Potentially they've just failed to update the guides included in the trial version, but I doubt it.

Edit: Just finished chatting them up on Discord, they're claiming most of the logout skips have been rerouted. I'm going to comb through the guides in your upload to see how many log-out skips are included and if they are route breaking.

There are something like 20-40 logout skips still included in their hardcore guides as of your upload. On any given playthrough 1-60, you'll prolly run across a few.

Apparently the guides have been updated over the weekend to remove the logout skips, when OP gets around to updating the guides it should all be fixed

Because simply removing them and not properly rerouting without the logout skips leads to slower levelling times.

I dunno where he got that info but my friend spoke directly to the guy who updates the guides and he says he updated them this weekend (1-2 days ago), not 5+ when that other guy commented. He must've got his info from someone who was wrong

That is the problem with people that make claims. I do not know what to believe.

The last time someone made a claim about the addon. Was making out Dailies are in the speedrun content.
So I will check when I have time and access.
